We are often asked whether the mosaic tables and chairs can be used outdoors.  The Moroccans do, we do and so can you! Metroscope give all the wrought iron a coat of anti-rust treatment (Penetrol).

Some of our mosaic tables are made just with glazed tiles, and others with a mixture of glazed and terracotta tiles. Glazed tiles are fine as they are. Terracotta can be porous so we give them several coats of terracotta sealant before they leave us. It’s a good idea for you to give table tops with unglazed tiles a coat or two of sealant each year and any spills should be wiped off as soon as practicable. They don’t seal the tables in Morocco and with lots of wear and tear, mint tea and olive oil, they still look good – just a little more loved!
